By partnering with care providers and furniture manufacturers, we deliver sustainable, field-tested solutions that ensure safety in the delivery of care. We’re currently seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to help bring this mission to life through exceptional customer support and coordination.Key Responsibilities:Processing all orders and completing the invoicing processField and respond to incoming calls and electronic communicationsResolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfactionResponding to inquiries for information and quality supportMaintain and update customer databaseCollect data and prepare monthly reports as assignedLearn about products and customers to be able to answer questionsRequirements:Minimum 1 year of order entry experienceExperience with Office 365 Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce Qualifications:Strong computer skillsExperience with QuickBooks and/or Odoo preferred but not requiredB2B Customer Service experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and organization skills Demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete tasks to deadlinesAbility to manage time and meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to take direction and work within a group towards team goalsCompensation:Pay and Benefits$20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)Profit sharingPaid vacation and holidays401K Health/Dental insuranceCurrent Benefits Package:1.   Long Term Disability Insurance after (90) days of employment. LDI will cover 100% of the premium costs related to our company sponsored LTD insurance policy. Summary plan details will be provided to you.2.   Health & Prescription Drug, Vision and Dental Insurance after (30) days of employment. LDI will cover 75% medical insurance expense for individuals and dependents. Vision insurance is 100% employer paid. Dental insurance is paid fully by the employee. 3.   You will be eligible for LDI’s incentive program beginning in 2026. Typically, bonuses range from 3%-10% of an employee’s annual salary. Bonus amounts are a factor of both company sales and margin.4.   401(k) with company match. You will be eligible to take part in LDI’s 401(k) program after (90) days of employment. LDI provides a Company match as follows: 100% match on the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2% of employee contributions. Summary plan details will be provided to you. 5.   You will receive two (2) weeks of vacation annually. LDI also pays eligible employees for eleven (11) holiday days per year.
