Job DetailsDescriptionDuties & Responsibilities:Perform mold changing, cleaning and minor mold repairInspect parts under microscope to ensure qualityTroubleshoot problems during machine operationInstruct machine operators on correct and safe operation of machine and auxiliary equipmentCreate and maintain activity logs Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectivesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manualsKnowledge of injection molding equipmentBasic math skills and reasoning abilityMust be able to stand, reach, twist for up to 8 to 10 hours per dayMust be able to have hand movement up to 8-10 hours per dayMust be able to occasionally lift up to 40 poundsGood visual skills for assessing part qualityCompetitive Pay & BenefitsPaid vacation and 11 paid holidaysMedical, dental, life, and disability insuranceHSA and FSA accounts401k with company matching and profit sharingTuition reimbursement
