We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager in Indianopolis for our Spec Division!This position pays $70k, based on experience & education.Job Summary: Responsible for supervising large-scale construction roofing projects.Responsibilities Include:Supervise multiple roofing production crews at job sites / facilitiesUnderstand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan detailsCommunicate with crews and operations to ensure a proficient workflowResponsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilitiesDaily communication with the roofing crews and CentiMark project managersPlan and execute a successful projectMust possess strong material management skillsCandidate Qualifications:3 - 5 years of construction management experience.
