Job Description Maintenance TechLocation: Tomball, TxDescription:The Maintenance Technician works closely with Operations and the Maintenance Facility team to ensure all equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairingmalfunctioning machinery, performing general repairs, installing new equipment and executing the preventative maintenance program. The position supports chemical process equipment, manufacturing systems and facility infrastructure, bridging chemical plant- style maintenance with manufacturing and facilities.Safety and Compliance InitiativesPreventive and corrective maintenanceTroubleshooting and Repairs (mechanical and electrical)Conducting regular inspections of equipment, systems and documenting resultsCommitment to customer serviceKey Responsibilities:Support and adhere to all safety and compliance initiatives.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.Conduct routine inspections, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and operational support.Support general facilities maintenance.Support startup, shutdown and equipment isolation activities.Minimum qualifications/skills:High School Diploma4-6 years of chemical plant experience, refinery, power plant, gas processing or similar environment.Proficient with MS Excl:Experience with precision alignment and equipment installationAbility to follow SOP and maintenance procedures.Technical aptitude
