Embroidery Operator

Job Description **The job site is in Manteca, California**Position: Embroidery Operator Pay Rate: $18.50 /hourly Location: Manteca, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:45am - 2:15pm, Occasional Saturday & OT Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality production of embroidered designs on various textiles. The Embroidery Operator will work closely with designers and production staff to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities:Set up and operate embroidery machines according to production specificationsLoad and adjust embroidery materials, such as fabric, thread, and stabilizersMonitor machine operation to ensure consistent quality and troubleshoot any issuesReview design files and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate embroideryMaintain cleanliness and organization of the embroidery workspace and equipmentPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs on embroidery machines Qualifications:Must be able to read/write in English and follow proofs and specifications accurately.Experience with Embroidery Machine 8-heads or equivalentExperienced in working in a production facilitySkilled in hooping garments such as Polos, Jackets, HatsStrong attention to detailConsistently maintains uniformity and accuracy across large production runs.Ability to inspect own work and meet quality standards before passing to QC.Can lift 30lbs and stand for 8 hours**The job site is in Manteca, California**Company DescriptionAfter 44 years of service and multiple locations throughout the Central Valley, Hedy Holmes Staffing Services has established itself as an innovative staffing agency that puts a premium on matching top talent with top employers.
