Credit and Collections Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the credit and collections process, including evaluating customer creditworthiness and monitoring risk exposure Manage collections activities to reduce Days Sales Outstanding and handle escalations effectively Serve as the primary contact for customers on credit and collections matters, ensuring timely resolution of issuesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred, not necessarily in Finance or Accounting 5-10 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable management Strong knowledge of credit risk management and collections practices Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is required Industry experience in media, entertainment, or advertising is preferred
