Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist for a full-time on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless procurement process focused on cost efficiency and quality. The Procurement Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support the company’s strategic procurement goals. Qualifications Experience in creating and managing Purchase OrdersProficiency in Supplier Evaluation, including assessing supplier performance and qualitySkill in Contract Negotiation to secure beneficial termsStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate procurement data and make informed decisionsKnowledge and experience in Procurement processes and best practicesEffective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team collaborationBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with procurement technology and tools is a plusAbility to work effectively in an on-site environment
