You'll be the primary point of contact for client issues via Intercom, triage and document bugs for engineering, QA product releases, and help manage our team of developers and QAs. Support is our #1 priority — our customers are engineers who depend on our tools daily.Ideal background1-3 years in technical support, customer success, or QA at a software companyComfortable navigating web apps, APIs, databases, and tools like GitHubStrong written communication — can explain technical concepts clearly and handle tough conversationsExperience with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar is a plusGeotechnical/civil engineering knowledge is a plus but not requiredWhat you'll doSupportOwn Intercom: handle inbound support, manage our AI bot (Auggie), and maintain support articlesLead support and training calls with clientsBridge clients and engineering — translate user issues into clear bug reports and feature requests on GitHubTrain and onboard new support team membersQA & Bug TriageQuality-own product releases: write test plans, test edge cases, sign off before shipReview PRs from a user perspective and test changes in stagingReproduce reported bugs and file clean GitHub issuesSales supportRoute inbound leads from support channels to salesSet up and monitor trial accountsCompensation$50k-$80k, depending on experienceCulture at BoreDMWe're sharp, scrappy, resourceful, and passionate.
