Expert Services Partner
A company is looking for an Expert Services Partner to manage client relationships and ensure service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing tactical needs and long-term planning
Build trust with clients by aligning solutions with their goals and industry context
Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase value and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in Service Partnership, Customer Success, or Account Management
Experience in client-facing roles within consulting or agency settings
Automotive experience is preferred
Preferred location in the Dallas, TX area
