We advise our Fortune 500 customers at the cutting edge of technology while staying highly relevant to the specifics of their industry.IF YOU AREA seasoned Business Analyst with 5+ years of IT experience, confident working with business stakeholders and technical teamsUnrivalled in eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirementsConfident in conducting stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and facilitation workshopsAdept at producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, integration requirements, and process documentationProfessional in translating business needs into clear, actionable functional specificationsUnderstanding API‐based integrations, integration flows, and system‐to‐system communicationCapable of supporting integration or migration initiatives, including data mapping, flow analysis, and solution design discussionsA practitioner of Agile delivery approaches in Scrum/KanbanCommunicating in English for cross‐functional collaborationA stakeholder manager who participates in cross‐functional solution design and integration flow decision‐makingKnowledgeable of Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Workato (as a strong plus)AND YOU WANT TOCapture the vision of the business area and the client's specificsUnderstand the client's business objectives and translate them to the development teamDefine the as‐is and to‐be states of integration processes and workflowsDevelop a business case to evaluate the feasibility of potential solutions or investmentsStandardize the collection of business and solution requirementsApply best practices for effective facilitation, requirements elicitation, documenting, prototyping, and modelingEstablish and follow the requirements lifecycle processConduct stakeholder analysis and plan a communication strategy, considering the results and project specificsManage solution scope efficientlyTOGETHER WE WILLDrive the success of a high‐visibility integration migration initiativeSupport strategic growth opportunities by introducing best‐in‐class BA and integration practicesCollaborate with a global team of experienced analysts, architects, and engineersDeliver meaningful impact to one of our key partners through a structured and scalable transformationSoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
