Pizza Chef Opportunity At The Pizza BarThe Pizza Bar is seeking a talented and creative Pizza Chef to lead our back-of-house operations. We are a hip, alfresco dining destination offering handcrafted cocktails, small bites, and exceptional pizza. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and creativity of our kitchen while delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative pizza recipes and seasonal menu items that align with our brand.Oversee back-of-house operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, and efficiency.Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and direct supervision.Handle food orders, inventory management, and cost control.Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to ensure consistency and innovation.Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure operational success and address any challenges.Coordinate with department heads to organize and execute catering and food service for events.Adhere to all health and safety standards and regulations.Take on additional responsibilities as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience preferably in a pizza-focused or high-volume restaurant.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, inventory management, and kitchen operations.Ability to work collaboratively with management and staff.Passion for creative culinary innovation, particularly in pizza and small bites.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.If you're passionate about pizza, creativity, and leadership, we'd love to hear from you!
