Now Hiring: Hardware Engineer / Electrical Engineer (DO-254)Location: Melbourne, FL (100% Onsite)Employment: Full-Time or C2COpenings: 2Visa: H1B, GC, USC, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, TN (Canadian), CPT & OPT EADWe're hiring experienced Hardware Verification Engineers / Electrical Engineers for an exciting Aerospace client.Required Skills:✅ 8–20 years of Hardware/FPGA Verification experience✅ DO-254 (Mandatory)✅ SystemVerilog and/or UVM✅ FPGA Verification (Lab Testing or Design Verification)✅ RTL Design using VHDL, Verilog & SystemVerilog✅ UVM Constrained Random Verification✅ Static Timing Analysis, Lint & CDC✅ FPGA/ASIC Development Experience✅ Experience with Xilinx FPGA is a strong plus✅ Ability to mentor offshore teams and provide DO-254 process guidanceResponsibilities:✔ RTL Design & Simulation✔ FPGA Verification & Validation✔ Develop DO-254 certification artifacts for FAA DAL-A compliance✔ Support synthesis, place & route, and hardware lifecycle activities✔ Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams✔ Guide verification engineers and support offshore coordination
