IT Helpdesk Technician (OKTA/MFA) Dunwoody (Onsite) - Contract RoleFull-Time | M-F (8 AM – 5 PM)📌 Job DescriptionWe are hiring a customer-focused IT Helpdesk Technician to provide Level 1/2 technical support. This role will handle account access issues, authentication support, and Windows troubleshooting while ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesServe as first point of contact (phone, email, chat, tickets)Perform password resets & account unlocks in Active DirectorySupport MFA setup & troubleshooting (Okta, Microsoft Authenticator)Manage user accounts, permissions, and group membershipsTroubleshoot Windows 11 issues (login, profiles, connectivity)Escalate complex issues to L3 supportDocument all incidents in ticketing systemCommunicate effectively with non-technical usersFollow security protocols for identity verification✅ Required Skills1–3 years Helpdesk/Desktop Support experienceStrong experience with Active DirectoryWindows 11 troubleshooting skillsExperience with Okta & MFA toolsKnowledge of Microsoft Authenticator / 2FAStrong communication & problem-solving skills
