The team is passionate about delivering excellence in every engagement. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Franklin Park, PA. The Associate will work closely with partners and clients to manage legal cases, draft and review legal documents, conduct in-depth research for case preparation, and provide strategic legal counsel. Additional responsibilities include participating in negotiations, maintaining compliance with legal standards, attending court, and supporting the firm's goals of personalized and results-oriented client service. Qualifications Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and court proceedingsAbility to manage multiple cases effectively and work collaboratively in a team environmentFamiliarity with legal practices within Pennsylvania, including compliance and regulatory requirementsProficient in using legal research tools and softwareAdmitted to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligible for admissionJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolPrior experience in a law firm or related legal environment is preferredCompensationSalary $70,000-$90,000Firm-sponsored health and retirement benefits
