Computer Numerical Control Programmer

CNC Programmer - $30-$38/hr DOE!This position is a direct hire opportunity!Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC Programmer for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $30-$38/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!Responsibilities:Represent the organization full-time in a professional and positive manner, promoting its complete range of coatings and machining services.Manage machining projects from start to finish, ensuring top-quality results with minimal supervision.Use CAD/CAM software to create programs and operate a variety of CNC mills and lathes.Collaborate daily with engineering and management teams to support production and quality goals.Location: Columbus, INSchedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday, day shiftOvertime as needed.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on machining experience.At least 5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes.At least 3 years of programming experience.Proficient in CAD/CAM programming, preferably with Mastercam.Must have and be familiar with using personal machinist tools (e.g., micrometers, indicators).Benefits:Health insurance package, including medical and dental coverage.Paid Time Off (PTO).401(k) retirement plan available.Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement required upon hire.
