We're now building out the people who will scale it.The RoleWe're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruiting end to end. This is not a "post a job and wait" role. You'll be sourcing, hunting, and closing top-tier talent across engineering, payments, sales, and operations. You'll build the hiring engine that lets us scale the team without dropping our bar.You'll report directly to the founding team and have real influence over who we bring on board.What You'll OwnFull-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and closeProactive sourcing of top profiles from tier 1 companies (fintech, SaaS, payments, high-growth ecommerce)Building and running outbound talent pipelines across LinkedIn, X, communities, and referralsOwning the candidate experience end to end so top people actually say yesPartnering with founders and team leads to define roles, scorecards, and hiring prioritiesBuilding our employer brand and making Tagada a name top talent wants to joinSetting up the systems, ATS, and processes that let us scale hiring cleanlyWho You Are4+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup, fintech, SaaS, or payments environmentYou've hired top profiles from tier 1 companies and know how to reach and close people who aren't lookingStrong sourcing skills. You live in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X, and wherever great talent hidesSharp judgment on talent.
