Role Overview: We are seeking aSenior Full Stack Engineerwith strong expertise across Frontend (UI) and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF)layers. This role is responsible for buildingscalable, secure, and high-performance web applicationsusing modern frontend frameworks and backend integration patterns. The ideal candidate is ahands-on engineerwho partners closely withUX/UI, Architecture, and Platform teams, appliesmodern engineering practices, and deliversenterprise-grade, customer-facing solutions .Key Responsibilities Frontend & BFF Development Design and developfrontend UI componentsusing React.js , Next.js, and TypeScriptApplyMicro Front-End architectureswhere applicableUX & Performance Engineering Collaborate closely withUX/UI Designersto deliverintuitive, high-quality user experiences Continuously improvewebsite and application performanceusing monitoring tools such asDynatrace, Quantum Metric, Splunk, and similar platforms Design, code, test, debug, and documentnew and existing components Buildhigh-quality, secure, and maintainable codeusing: Unit testing Implement allcritical Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), including: Scalability SecurityAvailabilityPerformanceTroubleshoot and resolvecode-level issues quickly and efficiently Architecture & Collaboration Partner with Enterprise and Application Architecture teamsto contribute to solution design and technical architecture Apply deep technical expertise to solvecomplex programming and design challenges Actively participate inAgile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, user story creation, and code reviewsAI-Assisted Development Effectively leverage GitHub Copilotacross the SDLC for: Unit and automation test generation Writing user stories and improving developer productivity Required Technical Skills Frontend Micro Front-End Architecture Spring BootData & Integration Azure and/or AWS cloud environments AdditionalAI and Machine Learning exposure (preferred) Strong understanding of security best practices and enterprise NFRsPreferred Qualifications Experience buildingenterprise-scale web platforms Strong understanding offrontend performance optimization Hands-on experience with GraphQL-based BFF architectures Experience working inhigh-availability, regulated, or large-scale environments
