Senior Program Manager
Overview
In this role you lead a two‑phase transformation to unify and standardize semiconductor equipment product lines across multiple teams. You drive enterprise‑level governance, architecture standardization, and PMO development to improve scalability and time‑to‑market. You work across product management, engineering, operations, and sourcing to deliver consistent, market‑aligned portfolios and NPI programs. Your leadership accelerates innovation while ensuring governance and value realization.
ResponsibilitiesLead cross‑functional initiatives to unify overlapping product offerings across DFS, CTS and MEGAEstablish governance for standardization vs differentiation decisionsDefine ownership for each product familyDrive standardization of architectures, BOMs, control systems, and documentationDevelop program charters, milestones, and executive reportingCoordinate strategic sourcing and align control system standardizationDesign, implement and scale a centralized PMO (Phase 2)Define standardized NPI methodologies and investment programsLead priority NPI programs and ensure alignment with VOC and business casesEstablish stage‑gate processes and commercial readiness standards
