**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients in an out patient clinic. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Provide speech therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders - Collaborate with OT and PT professionals for comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Provide case management for assigned patients **Requirements:** - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology - State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology - Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing - Strong patient assessment and care skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and make a difference in their lives.
