Retention Agent (Medicare)

Medicare Supplement Retention & Customer Service Specialist Location: Northern Fort Lauderdale (In-Office) We are a well-established Medicare supplement sales office in Northern Fort Lauderdale seeking a sharp, personable, sales-minded professional to join our team. This is a retention-focused role, not cold sales. You’ll work with existing clients to resolve concerns, reinforce value, and protect long-term relationships using your sales skills. What You’ll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare supplement clients Retain clients through education, service, and relationship building Use sales skills to save accounts, not pressure people Clearly explain Medicare supplement plans Work in a collaborative call-center environment Become licensed and fully trained if not already (we support you from the ground up) Who This Is For Candidates with Medicare sales experience looking for a change Intelligent, coachable candidates who are willing to learn and get licensed Strong communicators who are confident on the phone Sales-minded individuals who can think quickly and connect with clients No Medicare experience required — strong sales ability and communication matter most.
