Project Manager

D'Leon Consulting Engineers is seeking a Project Manager in Los Angeles, CAResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between Airport IT project teams, Airport Operations, and key stakeholdersFacilitate alignment and communication across internal teams, airline partners, LAWA stakeholders, and contractorsProvide timely and accurate updates on project status, milestones, risks, and dependenciesSupport coordination of IT project activities across multiple terminals to ensure consistency and awarenessCollaborate with stakeholders to identify potential operational impacts and support mitigation efforts through operational expertiseCoordinate and engage with contractors to support project execution, scheduling, and compliance with operational requirementsParticipate in project meetings, site walks, and operational briefings to maintain situational awarenessAssist in tracking project progress, action items, and deliverables to support successful implementationSupport the integration of airport equipment and systems with IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with operational needsIdentify risks, gaps, and coordination challenges, and escalate as appropriateFoster strong working relationships across terminals and stakeholder groups to support efficient project deliveryQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required15 years or more experience, preferably on airport projectsKnowledge of airport operational IT systems, end-user hardware, and integrated airport infrastructure, including SITA systems, airport IT infrastructure and tie-in integrations, PMWeb, Bluebeam, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with airport systems such as FIDS, AODB, BHS systems, kiosks, and gate/terminal operational equipment supporting day-to-day airport operations.D’Leon Consulting Engineers is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.
