Senior Project Manager

OVERVIEW: The Senior Project Manager leads the operational strategy across assigned brands and projects. You operate as the central force behind how work gets done, owning the “how and when” to ensure seamless execution across teams and deliverables.This role drives clarity, alignment, and momentum across complex work streams. By managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration, you enable teams to focus on delivering high-quality, impactful work while ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with business goals.As a key partner to both internal teams and clients, you bring structure to complexity, anticipate challenges, and create the conditions for work to move forward efficiently and effectively.This position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid work model, with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage entire brands and books of business across multiple projects and initiativesLead project planning, including timelines, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocationManage end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff through deliveryPartner closely with Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Development teamsIdentify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on trackMonitor brand and project performance, ensuring alignment with business goalsMentor and support project management team membersDrive process improvements and operational efficiencies across teamsQualifications4+ years of project management experience, preferably within an agency or healthcare/pharma environmentProven ability to manage multiple projects or full books of businessStrong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, resourcing)Experience leading cross-functional teamsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Workfront, Asana, Jira, etc.)PMP certification a plusMoon Rabbit is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
