Internal Medicine in Northern CA Northern Central CA on the edge of the Cascade Mountain Range 30 miles to Redding 100 miles to Chico 175 miles to Medford, OR 180 miles to Sacramento International Airport (SMF) Base salary: 220-250k Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm Providers typically work 4 days per week and see 16-18 patients per day No call - outpatient only Group has 3 medical clinics within 30 minutes of each other - most providers rotate through each EMR: Athena Practice (implementing Epic in 2026) Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, accrued PTO (up to 112 hours in year 1, cap of 240 hours after 5 years of employment), paid sick leave, 11 paid holidays, CME time and allowance, 403b, life insurance, and more!
