Overview To provide cleaning services, indoor and outdoor maintenance.Responsibilities Empty all trash and transport to dumpsterSweep all hard floors daily and mop as neededWash all glass including door and panes as needed surfaces dailyDust and/or wash tables and kitchen area as neededClean restroom fixtures, floors and partitions dailyDisinfect restroom floors dailyReplace paper supplies and deodorize the restrooms as neededOrder janitorial supplies with the permission of the Corps OfficersStrip, wax and buff floors as neededVacuum carpets as needed with offices and lounge area dailySet up rooms for programs as neededMaintain lights - minor repairs, light bulb change, paintingRemove snow as needed and salt as neededMaintain vehicles as needed and instructed by the Corps OfficersDrive to do pick-ups as requestedHelp with heavy lifting as neededPolice outside grounds for trash and keep the exterior cleanMaintain the lawn as neededQualifications The ability to do heavy liftingA valid NY State Driver's License and the ability to pass any required testing for the operation of a 12-passengerPossess working knowledge of tools and building maintenanceExperience with prior building maintenance
