Senior Contracts Specialist (Remote)

About the Opportunity:The Senior Contracts Specialist role is responsible for supporting the contracting function by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard commercial agreements. The position ensures contracts comply with company policies and risk standards, facilitating efficient deal execution. This role is key to maintaining deal momentum and supporting cross-functional collaboration to align legal and business requirements.3. Responsibilities:• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements using established templates• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal teams to support deal execution• Manage contract lifecycle activities, including amendments, renewals, and terminations• Follow and improve contracting workflows and processes• Identify and escalate non-standard or high-risk contract terms• Maintain contract records in CLM systems and assist with reporting4. Requirements:• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SaaS-related contract management or legal operations• Proven ability to draft and negotiate various commercial agreements• Experience managing multiple contracts with attention to detail and efficiency• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration• Proficiency with CLM tools such as LinkSquares or Salesforce• Ability to follow contracting workflows and escalate issues appropriately• Skill in identifying and escalating contract risks5.
