This position may also offer the potential for a successful physician to progress into a balance of clinical and leadership responsibilities.About the Horizon ProgramThe Horizon Program provides a complete range of quality medical and social services to all identified HIV-positive persons in central and mid-coast Maine. This includes the Horizon Clinic - one-stop access to primary care, mental health services, case managers, and others - offering an easy way to meet many needs and to get questions answered all at once, saving time, energy and expense.
