Lead Window Cleaning Technician

We are currently looking for experienced window cleaners to join our winning team. Level up your career with us! This job entails working indoors and outdoors cleaning glass and gutters. We also have openings in the pressure cleaning and snow removal division as well. We are looking for long term, reliable employees. Experience in the field is great, but we are also willing to train the right individuals. Standard work weeks are Monday-Friday 8-5, we do work occasional Saturdays as well, with anything over 40 hours compensated with time and a half overtime. The ideal candidate Window Cleaner will have: 1 Season or more of experience in our field Reliable transportation to and from work, local to Waterford preferably. 18 years or older with a driver's license or chauffeur's Willingness and ability to work safely at height with ladders, MEWP's, or rope descent systems. Ability to lift >50 lbs and willingness to learn how to set up / move / take down / climb ladders safely No criminal theft, and no drug problems A great work ethic and a positive attitude No allergies or other conditions that might prevent you from working outdoors and indoors under any conditions Be willing to undergo a possible background check and drug test for hard drugs (Not Marijuana). Non-violent and non-theft related Felonies do not automatically disqualify. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of windows, gutters, light fixtures in various commercial & residential settings. Perform power washing & soft washing of exterior surfaces Utilize MEWP's safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
