The successful candidate will havehands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining an IATF16949 quality system. Please note we do not make automobiles.ResponsibilitiesAddress customer corrective actions related to MAQMSR audit findings\Point person during product audits, process audits, manufacturing auditsand certification audits\Collaborate with manufacturing team to develop PPAP, control plans, andFEMA procedures\Implement and maintain a supplier quality monitoring system\Monitor epitaxial production activities to ensure quality compliance,track production data and generate reports\Build off MAQMSR compliance and develop, implement, and maintain IATF16949 certification on the MOCVD production line\Write and revise work instructions and SOPs\Identify and address inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement\Support quality staff in other areas of manufacturing as needed
