Therapy Aide

DescriptionBig Stone Therapies is currently seeking a part-time, temporary Therapy Aide to join our team at our rehabilitative therapy clinic in Fargo, ND at 2401 41st St S.. This summer position is scheduled for 8-10 hours per week.Job DutiesScheduling/AideMaintain clinic suppliesPrepare and sanitize treatment spaces and equipmentMaintain treatment spaces and waiting areaContact and schedule equipment maintenanceAssist with patient transportTeaching group classes for both geriatric and memory care residentsCustomer ServiceDemonstrate excellent customer service in all interactions with patients, visitors, referral sources, co-workers, and all other partiesCourteously receive and respond to incoming telephone calls and emailsMaintain confidentiality and security of Protected Health InformationOtherDistribute mailScan, fax, and print documentsMaintain patient chartsOpening and closing dutiesAttend meetings as requiredOther clinic duties as assignedRequirementsQualifications:EducationRequire high school graduate or equivalent.Prefer college students with plans to pursue a career in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Speech Language PathologySkillsStrong computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office products, the Internet, and the ability to learn new systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and co-workers in a professional manner.Excellent phone etiquette and in-person customer service abilities.Able to adapt and thrive in a changing and fast paced environment.Accepting applications through Friday, June 12, 2026, or until position is filled.You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your application has been submitted.Big Stone Therapies, Inc. is dedicated to providing excellence in rehabilitation services by optimizing health and function for families and businesses within our communities through caring, hands-on healing.
