Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Full-Time    Starting Pay: $27 per hour | Hybrid Schedule| Full-time   Start your next nursing chapter earning $27/hour while providing hands-on care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.   Looking for a nursing role where you can truly make an impact? As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with our team, you will provide hands-on care and medical support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and behavioral health needs in a supportive, community-based setting. This role is ideal for nurses who value meaningful relationships with the people they care for and want a position where their work directly improves quality of life. What You'll Do As an LPN/LVN, you will play an important role in supporting the health and well-being of individuals served. Monitor the health conditions and ensure quality nursing care is delivered  Administer medications and maintain accurate medical documentation  Oversee and support staff responsible for medication administration Provide treatments and personal care according to physician orders   Conduct health assessments and implement care within each Individual Service Plan (ISP)   Recognize and respond to changes in health conditions Train staff on infection control, universal precautions, and medication administration  Coordinate care with physicians, healthcare providers, and external agencies  Educate individuals served on health topics such as self-medication and prescribed treatments  Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or related field, or state certificate Active LPN/LVN license in the state of New Mexico At least one year of experience working with the population served in a nursing capacity  Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance Other certifications as required by state licensing regulations such as CPR/FA and HIV/AIDS certification, BBP, and ACT training Ability to effectively communicate with staff, individuals served, and families Why Join Us?
