Talent Acquisition Coordinator

ResponsibilitiesManage recruiting operations end-to-end, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and updating interview materialsMaintain and update ATS and job boardsClean up, standardize, and support ongoing audits of job descriptionsManage and update tracking systems for role status, candidate progress, and notesBuild, document, and improve SOPs for recruiting and HR processesOrganize and maintain internal HR documentation and shared drive structuresSupport onboarding logistics, including pre-start communications, scheduling sessions, tracking training, and follow-upsAssist with HR systems audits to ensure data accuracySupport payroll preparation tasks such as timecard reviews and drafting salary lettersAssist with open enrollment communications and materialsQualifications1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or people operationsHands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred, but open to others)Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for job descriptions and internal communicationsExperience supporting recruiting operations (scheduling, posting roles, tracking candidates)Exposure to HR administrative processes including onboarding, systems, and documentationExperience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plusFamiliarity with tools such as Monday.com, ADP, or Employee Navigator is a plusExperience building SOPs or documenting processes is a plus
