The role involves supporting various software applications used within the organization, providing technical and application-level assistance, performing root cause analysis, and working closely with internal teams to enhance business processes. The specialist will also help troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for system improvements to support operational efficiency.QualificationsProficiency in Application Support and Information TechnologyStrong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and troubleshootingTechnical Support experience to resolve system-related challenges efficientlyFamiliarity with Business Processes to identify and implement system improvementsAbility to collaborate in a hybrid work environment (both on-site in Murfreesboro, TN and remote)Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindsetBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferredPrior experience in a Home Health and/or Hospice environment is a plusProficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR strongly preferred
