Responsibilities include:Drive, track, and support the execution of the FMD program implementation roadmap and manage sprint releasesDefine program plans and provide oversight of tasks and action itemsMonitor, review, and adjust project progress and timelines as neededSupport the development of requirements and proposals for improved process and system solutionsProvide support for external projects where FMD input is requiredSupport assessment of gaps between current systems/processes and business needsSupport planning, coordination, and facilitation of workshops with key partnersLead test strategy for user acceptance, creating and executing test scriptsWorking knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile scrumDevelop user training materials as neededManage production support escalation
