Job Description
DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration is a rapidly growing industry leader with seven locations serving Central Florida - Clermont, Davenport, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Sanford (headquarters), Sarasota, and Tampa.
Primary Job Function:
* Residential Sales Consultant's primary duty is to sell the company's products and services in a regional territory.
* You will be educating existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years consultative sales experience with proven closing success in HVAC sales
* Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
* Strong Computer Skills
* Strong Communication Skills
* Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
* Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience retail and HVAC sales
* Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong interpersonal & communication skills
* Good writing skills
* Professional appearance
* Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
* Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
