Our expertise spans traditional energy infrastructure to cutting-edge emerging technologies, making us a trusted partner in developing and modernizing the energy landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage prospective clients across the energy, power, utilities, infrastructure, and data center sectors, building a strong pipeline of opportunities.Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers including project executives, operations leaders, construction leadership, procurement teams, and HR stakeholders.Understand client workforce challenges and growth objectives, delivering tailored workforce and talent solutions aligned with project delivery requirements.Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to support successful project execution and workforce deployment.Present and articulate the value of Futura Energy Group’s services, demonstrating how workforce strategy directly impacts project performance, scalability, and operational success.Negotiate commercial terms and support the successful close and onboarding of new client engagements.Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and client engagement activity.Monitor industry trends, infrastructure investment activity, market dynamics, and competitor positioning across the energy and infrastructure sectors.Deliver a high standard of client service, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.QualificationsProven experience in sales, business development, account management, or consulting within energy, infrastructure, industrial, construction, workforce solutions, or related sectors.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Demonstrated ability to build credibility with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.Commercially aware, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, energy, industrial, or technical projects is advantageous.
