Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionProvide comprehensive primary care services in an on-site clinic settingPerform physical exams, preventive visits, and routine follow-up careDiagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditionsSee pediatric patients ages 2+ and adult patients across a wide range of primary care needsProvide women’s health services, including pelvic examsOrder, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing as appropriatePrescribe medications and treatment plans within scope and state guidelinesEducate patients on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive careCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality careMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMRSupport a positive clinic culture centered on quality, compassion, and serviceQualificationsLicensed Physician Assistant in OregonBoard certification requiredActive DEA or ability to obtain immediately2+ years of primary care or family practice experienceAble to treat pediatric patients ages 2+Experience providing women’s health services, including pelvic examsStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independentlyEMR proficiency preferredWhy You Will Love Working HereYou will have the opportunity to practice in a care model built around quality, not churn.
