Physical Therapist

Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapist, you will organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following diseases, injuries, or loss of a body part. You will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatments and modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician. Your role involves helping patients reach their maximum performance and functional levels while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.SCHEDULE:Full-time | 64 hours every two weeksDay shift | 4 - 8 hour shifts per week | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & FridayPAY & BENEFITS:Starting pay begins at $41.39 per hour and increases with experiencePay range: $37.84-58.19 per hour$5,000 Hiring Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible candidatesFull time benefits like medical, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discounts and more!QUALFICATIONS:Graduate of an accredited school of Physical TherapyPhysical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy (PT) or Physical Therapist (PT) Current temporary permitBasic Life Support (BLS) (BLS) certifiedTo be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment or relocation bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. CentraCare hiring incentives to include but not limited to, hiring and relocation bonuses may be discontinued at any time. Relocation bonus must meet distance requirements. Full-time or Part-time status may impact bonus amount.
