Mining Professional OpportunityHire Resolve is assisting mining organisations in hiring experienced mining professionals across Germany. This is a multi-role opportunity covering several functions within the sector, including operations leadership, technical services, mineral processing, maintenance and reliability, projects, and health, safety and environment (HSE) leadership. These roles are suited to mid- to senior-level professionals and offer clear progression toward superintendent, manager, and senior site or regional leadership positions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support safe, efficient operations across mining, processing, quarrying/aggregates, and related heavy industrial environmentsMaintain compliance with German occupational safety requirements (Arbeitsschutz), including risk assessments, safe systems of work, incident prevention, and audit readinessDrive operational performance through planning, KPI management, cost control, and continuous improvement initiativesProvide technical input to planning and scheduling, production optimisation, drill-and-blast performance, and geotechnical/ground control measures (as applicable)Improve plant and process performance (throughput, recovery, product quality) through troubleshooting and optimisation projects (where applicable)Oversee maintenance and reliability strategies for mobile and fixed plant, including shutdown planning and asset performance improvementManage contractors and service providers to ensure safe execution, quality delivery, and adherence to scope, schedule, and budgetSupport project execution and operational readiness activities, including commissioning support and change managementDevelop teams through coaching, competency development, and structured performance managementPrepare clear reports for leadership, governance, and stakeholder decision-making
