At the center of it all is our amazing teamEssential Responsibilities:Assist in Seasonal program processAssist in the set-up of Seasonal import samples in the Innovation CenterAttend customer meetings - take follow up notes, communicate item changes neededAssist in Seasonal planogram process - take follow up notes and provide space management with correct codesCreate buy sheets for major customers including images- add/ maintain updatesSet up and maintains all import items including any cost changes, promo change forms and average cost change formsUpload import cost components for new or updated itemsCommunicate necessary import PO changes to PurchasingProof Essentials packaging for UPC accuracyCollect images and barcodes needed for seasonal import itemsResponsible for creating and updating relevant SOP'sAssist in Show processSet up new items for assigned vendors or categoriesMake updates to items in the Repeat Item File for assigned vendorsReview Data Integrity File for accuracy of product descriptions, brands, category codes, romance copy and product information for assigned vendorsFollow up with vendors for missing imagesPerform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications/SkillsBachelor's Degree and or equivalent experienceMS Excel - Medium Skill Level (formulas, pivot tables, X-lookup)MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook computer software skills.Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure.Flexibility with completing deadlines (Ex: Work late if necessary)Previous sales based team work - PreferredAI knowledge preferredHigh level of Professionalism, Customer Service Excellence and ConfidentialityWhy Join UsGrowth Culture: Opportunities for professional advancementEmployee Perks: Discounted product store, food events, and summer food trucksComprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), bonus, PTO and more**A full comprehensive job description will be available during the interview process, this is a condensed job posting.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
