This role is responsible for delivering financial insights, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic decision support for the GTO Infrastructure & Operations organization.The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with hands-on experience using Oracle Fusion ERP and modern AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools to enhance financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and drive actionable business insights. This position partners closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, and operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and executive reporting initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgetsPerform detailed variance analysis and identify key business drivers impacting financial performanceSupport executive decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendationsUtilize Oracle Fusion ERP and related reporting tools to extract, validate, and analyze financial and operational dataPartner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives, cost optimization efforts, and investment evaluationsLeverage AI tools and automation technologies to improve efficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretationAssist with month-end close activities, accrual analysis, and financial reconciliations as neededSupport ad hoc executive reporting requests and board-level financial presentationsIdentify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation across finance workflowsEnsure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reporting environmentsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field7+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, decision support, or corporate financeStrong experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP, including financial reporting and data extractionAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and financial modelingExperience using AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI features, or other automation and analytics platforms within finance workflowsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholdersPreferred AttributesStrong collaboration and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting technology, infrastructure, or operations organizationsContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and operational efficiencyWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and analytics while partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic business decisions.
