Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. As a Family Law Attorney, you will manage a diverse caseload, provide legal counsel, and represent clients in matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and related legal issues. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents such as motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to gather case details and provide strategic advice, ensuring that their best interests are represented effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Family Law, including divorce, child custody, and spousal supportExpertise in managing Legal Issues and providing strategic counsel in family law mattersExperience in drafting and filing Motions related to family law casesKnowledge of conducting Depositions and representing clients during court proceedingsStrong written and verbal communication skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the state of CaliforniaAbility to handle sensitive cases with professionalism and discretionStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesFive years of experience in a family law environment is highly desirable
