STV is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AEC Industry Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will be supporting our West PM/CM group and is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) and will be located in one of the following STV offices: Bellevue, WA, Portland, OR, or Los Angeles, CA.The STV Talent Acquisition team is a dedicated group of professionals who are committed to building our company’s greatest assets - our people. We enjoy working together in a collaborative culture, identifying and delivering high performing employees.Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToThe Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to source candidates for a variety of positionsCollaborate to open positions as neededDetermine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising/posting and sourcingSources and identifies qualified candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesCollaborates with HRBP team and hiring managers Develops new hire compensation package/offersQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience 10+ years of talent acquisition recruiting experienceRecruiting experience within the AEC industry is required, specifically within PM/CM-ConstructionMust have experience with a demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload of 10-15+ hires per monthStrong sourcing and networking skillsExperience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersStrong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and the ability to make cold callsExperience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to change recruitment direction and priorities, based on ever-changing critical needsAbility to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work cultureAdditional Preferred QualificationsExperience utilizing Workday Applicant Tracking Systems would be a big plusDemonstrated understanding of employment laws and OFCCP complianceCompensation Range$128,067.17 - $146,362.48STV offers the following benefits Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) Disability insurance Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment 401(k) Plan Retirement Counseling Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) Paid Holidays (9 days) Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) Continuing Education Program Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
