We specialize in high-end residential work, including remodels, additions, and ground-up estates. Our studio handles both architecture and interiors, while also collaborating with other interior design firms on select projects.We are starting several large projects as the Architect and Interior Designer, which are presenting an exciting opportunity to contribute from the very first sketch through project completion. In addition, we have a diverse portfolio of ongoing projects in various stages of design and construction that will require your expertise.We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of moving projects forward with minimal oversight. This is a great role for someone who thrives in a collaborative but entrepreneurial environment.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in ArchitectureProficiency in Revit (required); experience with 3D rendering is a strong plus5–7 years of professional experience in high-end residential design (experience in California is especially valued)A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in high-end residential design and the ability to produce complete Construction Document setsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and team membersStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-driven, motivated, and confident working through all phases of design, from concept to completionCompensation & BenefitsSalary is commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus potential profit sharing and additional benefits.Atelier Ma Design offers a supportive work environment along with a series of benefits, including:BenefitsHealthcare Support: Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA).
