The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading end-to-end IT projects, gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholders, vendors, and project deliverables.This role will support critical systems related to investigations, quality management, operations, legal business functions, and integrated healthcare applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage IT projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation. Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities, resources, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and business requirements. Conduct requirements gathering sessions and document functional and technical requirements. Facilitate design discussions, prototyping sessions, and process improvement initiatives. Prepare project documentation, including project charters, status reports, backlog items, user stories, and operational checklists. Support vendor management activities, including meetings, tracking deliverables, and coordinating enhancement requests. Assist with business process redesign and systems integration initiatives. Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices. Required QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis. Strong experience managing large-scale IT application projects. Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and project documentation. Knowledge of Agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, and status reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with vendor coordination and issue resolution. Proficiency with MS Office tools. Preferred QualificationsPrior Healthcare or Government project experience preferred. Experience supporting case management or healthcare-related applications is a plus. PMI/PMP or related certifications are a plus. Work EnvironmentHybrid work model based in Boston, MA. Occasional travel to regional Massachusetts offices may be required.
