This person will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families, ensuring an exceptional experience from admission through their stay. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors upon arrival. Serve as the main communication bridge between residents, families, and facility staff. Provide facility tours and support the admission process. Assist families with questions, concerns, and updates in a timely, caring manner. Help coordinate resident onboarding and ensure they feel comfortable and supported. Promote a positive, friendly environment consistent with our facility’s values. Support resident satisfaction initiatives and address non-clinical concerns. Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or resident relations preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic personality. Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable interacting with seniors, families, and healthcare staff.
