Duties and Responsibilities:Litigate employment matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage & hour, and whistleblower claims. Handle cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial. Prepare and negotiate high-value demands and settlements. Build strong client relationships and drive successful outcomes in contingency-based matters. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD and active bar admission in NY, NJ, or another key jurisdiction. 3–8+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense). Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
