This position will work with migrant children & families in the Philadelphia region. Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with implementation of Summer Program supplemental educational programs for elementary, middle and/or high school students in the Philly AreaWork with students one-on-one and in small groups to provide academic supportAssist with regular communication with Migrant Education staffAssist with facilitation of the involvement of parents in the education of their children through translation/interpretation, information, training and referralsQualifications:Currently enrolled in high school requiredBilingual speaking (Spanish) strongly preferredExperience working with bilingual/bicultural students preferredExperience working with preschool, elementary, middle and/or high school students preferred Anticipated Location: Joseph H.
