Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Real Estate Agent with AZ Realty & Rentals. You will actively assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while fostering lasting client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market analyses, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, assisting clients with contracts, and leveraging the brokerage's advanced tools such as AI-driven CRM systems. Collaboration with other team members and independent workflow management are essential aspects of the role. Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License in the state of ArizonaKnowledge of Real Estate and Real Property regulations and trendsStrong skills in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsSelf-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environmentExperience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics is a plusFamiliarity with MLS systems (e.g., ARMLS, MLSSAZ, NAAR) is advantageous
