Registered Dental Hygienist

We're looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our growing team! You’ll complete initial patient screenings, conduct dental cleanings, and assist dentists with examinations and procedures. If you love helping people and want to work alongside a group of experienced dental professionals, start your application today!Compensation:$47 - $55 hourlyResponsibilities:Take x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified Sterilize all dental equipment to make sure everything is properly cleaned Conduct initial screenings for patients to understand their oral health history Protect patients’ teeth by thoroughly cleaning them and applying fluoride or other sealants Qualifications:1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in registered dental hygiene program preferred, associate’s degree required Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid CPR certification Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state About CompanySuchman & Darnall Family Dentistry is a well-established private practice serving Eastern Jackson County and the Kansas City area for over 50 years.
