Line Leader- Grease Pack

Line LeaderA line leader is responsible for directing, coaching, and motivating a group of team members to meet daily production goals and build interpersonal relationships in line with the Company's mission and Core Values. Essential functions include holding team members accountable for production goals, conducting daily informational meetings, training new hires, investigating and following up on interpersonal conflicts, enforcing disciplinary action, and ensuring team members have the tools and materials required to complete duties. The role has supervisory responsibility over team members and requires physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting items over 50 pounds. This is a full-time position with an average of 40 scheduled hours per week, with the possibility of overtime. No travel is expected for this position.
